The event runs Sunday 26 April from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Fremont Park, Elizabeth East, corner of Yorketown Road and Main North Road. It invites everyone to attend and “come as you are.” The event is free, with optional gold coin donations appreciated and cans and bottles welcome as donations. Activities include a free BBQ and refreshments, and a welcoming inclusive community space. Donated essentials are available at no cost for those who need them, including clothing, toys, books, kitchenware, bedding, sanitary items and other household goods. Hosted in partnership with Playford Women’s Shed. The poster emphasises community, dignity and solidarity under the Anti-Poverty Network SA Northern Branch banner.
