Please note: Due to weather restrictions our volunteers have been making other food to serve cold on the day. There will still be snags, but there will be a selection of other cold foods and cool drinks. The time has changed to start at 10am and may finish earlier due to the heat.

Please remember to:
– Wear sunscreen.
– Bring a wide-brimmed hat.
– Stay hydrated by bringing plenty of water.
– Wear lightweight, breathable clothing.
– Consider bringing a personal fan, carrying an umbrella for shade, or anything else that might help you stay cool.

In collaboration with the Playford Women’s Shed and Williams Wardrobe, the Anti-Poverty Network Northern Suburbs ‘Free Christmas Community BBQ’ is n Sunday December 15, 10am-1pm, in Fremont Park, in Elizabeth.

Come along and have a snag, and bring the kids to see Santa. Free gifts and goodie bags, plenty of food, and lots of clothes and household items to give away.

There will also be free face painting and activities for the kids.

So come along and enjoy beautiful Fremont Park, and meet others living in our amazing Playford Community.
