Quarterly Social Lunch + Educational Forum
Saturday November 23, 1pm-4pm
SACOSS (47 King William Road, Unley, enter from Young Street); Zoom option available
Every 3 months, Anti-Poverty Network SA hosts a free lunch for all our members and supporters, with guest speakers on a topic related to our interest areas (the poverty and the housing crisis).
This is followed by discussion, and updates about our latest campaigns and community work, and how to get involved.
This November, our topic will be the food crisis:
People’s struggles getting food that is affordable, healthy, and suitable; where people go for support; what what happen when support services are stressful and humiliating (and, does it have to be this way?).
Our guest speaker will be Dr. Michelle Watson from Flinders University, who recently completed her PhD on this topic.
All members and supporters are welcome.
RSVP at shorturl.at/H7NqM, or contact Anti-Poverty Network SA, at info@apnsa.org, or on 0402 681 352.
