Anti-Poverty Network SA has joined with community organisations, Uniting Communities, Shelter SA, SACOSS (South Australian Council of Social Service), and Better Renting, to produce an open letter commending the state government on the passing of the Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act. Other organisations have also signed on in support.

While we applaud the recent announcements in the public housing space, marking the most positive developments in decades, it is crucial that both State and Federal governments elevate their ambitions. Decades of neglect and the selling off of housing stock must be reversed.
