Scrapping so-called “Mutual Obligation” requirements (which are as “mutual” as being hit over the head with a bat), for job-seekers, won’t end the world.

But my God, how much easier, more predictable, life would be for job-seekers, knowing they do not have to stress about having their payment — their very-inadequate income, their means of survival in this brutally-expensive, cutthroat world — suspended.

What a colossal weight off people’s shoulders!!

Job-seekers would be free to focus on what they need to focus on, instead of being forced to engage in activities that are useless (at best), or harmful (at worst).

Activities that generate profits for their Job Agency, but do little to help them find paid work.

How much less panic and terror there would be, how much more in the driver’s seat of their life, job-seekers would feel, if we removed.
